While many of us enjoy hearing those “invented by accident” tales, the truth is that most life-changing advancements are conceived in a lab. Although CanBiocin’s innovations are no different, in their world the lab takes on an entire new meaning: LAB, short for Lactic Acid Bacteria, is the backbone of their operation. CanBiocin helps companies to comply with statutory or commercial requirements to accurately determine the use by or best before dates for their products in order to keep their brand and consumers safe.

Challenge Studies

At CanBiocin, we can help challenge a product with either pathogenic or spoilage microorganisms to validate the product formulation, cooking process, and/or storage conditions.

Nutritional Analysis

CanBiocin offers two types of nutritional analysis: data-based and laboratory-based nutritional analysis. Both are accepted by Health Canada.
